Dear Radhika, you should a follow up now if possible and catch up on where all the points covered in this video are. 1. Many of the assumptions have come true. 2. The rural centers operating model has evolved. It is now transformed into a hub and spoke model. 3. The rural center Thenkasi turned into a Hub with nearly 1000 employees. They are exanding another building to increase more people there. 5 New Hubs (Tirunelveli, tanjore, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy) in tier 2 towns/Cities have come up with big campuses (to accomodate 1000 people first) which connects all the rural centers around. New Rural centers in Kearla, soon in Sonbatra district in UP. 4. The VC boom (during this interview phase) has turned otherwise. Valuations are now based on profits rather than growth and the companies are asked to show signs for profitabiitiy. 5. Company itself being resilient. The company crossed 1 billion dollar in revenue. Expecting the next billion even faster. 6. Manufacturing efforts in Thenkasi expanded. A new factory (indigenous technology) on power tools - karuvi technologies has been built. And a new R&D center will set up on top of factory for this near this rural center. Data center hardware equipment in Nagpur. 7. Electric motors, Textile machinery automation R&D centers around these center. 8. A rural school (fully free) around the rural center - which was just opened have nearly 200 Students studying. ZOho schools philosophy (backward integrated in a way). e.g. A school girl going was so talented that she entered Zoho schools . May be be she is an engineer by now earning a lakh of rupee. 9. A well credentialed Hematologist, from Kolkatta volunteered and moved back near to THenkasi rural center as he also wanted to do rural development (saw Zoho's effort online) . So new Healthcare initiative to train people in Healthcare and also other efforts are going on in and around Thenkasi rural center. 10. Ice on the cake - Semiconductor fab venture has been applied. Semiconductor chip design efforts in THenkasi (rumour: to be name as Thenkasi Semiconductors chip design...) 11. Also invested in a Drone start up (winged drowns) in Tanjore to do medical logistics. Connecting that with rural medical initiative.. 12. Zoho schools capacity increased and also specialized programs for women who left careers and wants to rejoin ("marupadi" -once more if translated). As they say the whole thing could be summarized as Zoho puts their philosophy - " Providing opportunities for those who otherwise would not have got those, serving in location which otherwise would not have got these companies and serving customers with products who otherwise couldnt have got/afford these sophisticated products" You mention and ask in this video about sustainable business building.. I think the above answers even more to think holistically about Sustainable Institution building. Would be great if possible to catch up with him and brush up again from your perspective. Waiting for it.

As per my understanding it's a better opportunity in China, In india it's already on all time high, and sooner or later FII will enter in China very soon, because of its already very low and technology and business in China will definitely grow, in india government are defaulting take example Himachal, In Bihar corruption are on full swing, Newly build bridges are collapsing frequently it around 15 bridges collapse in 1 months it's a world record. Tax terrorism are no full swing as compared to other countries, Public welfare or government facilities are at lowest level, Farmer are unhappy due to worst government policies. Opposition are also 8th wonder of world, they a forming a big alliance so that's clearly shows even after change in government will also not going to be make any bigger changes. Defence sector are growing but still we are far away from others.

How different is this fund compared to Flexicap fund?

Super Super questions and very clear answers. This interview clearly shows how clearly they drilled in to the fund and answers every aspect. I am investing starting with small lumpsum and SIP monthly only because the market feels like to be peaks and the very hard to predictbthe momentum if there is downtrend. If there is downturn SIP will bean advantage. Just my thoughts. Radhika is very clear with hef strategy. Wish you brings great products in future.❤
